I wonder why she didnt speak up after the FIRST smile wipe or just immeadiately bounce from the apartment in protest. If you not with it....bounce as soon as you find out what the business really is. Why stick around and let multiple members get their wipe on before you decide you dont like it?

In my experiences, Ive never come acoss any members of a Frat or Sorority that would force someone to pledge or just kidnap them "against their own free will". Ive seen dudes step off the first moment drama pops off in a set because they knew that wasnt really for them. They were promptly shown the door with no hard feelings...and some of these dudes still went on to become national members without going through a pledge process. However, Ive never been in one's shoes, but Im pretty certain a rape victim doesnt just have the option to "step off" as they usually are held against their free will. I can understand a person having conflicting emotions of wanting to pledge but not necessarily go through what the process entails......But your choice of analogy in this instance between a pledgee and a rape victim was a poor one. |
