About the article..... these things happen so often in the non-profit community. It's a business thing first -- the brotherhood or sisterhood of GLOs really complicates things.
I wasn't sure from the article whether the chapter money was at issue or if it was foundation money. If it was chapter money, I think they did the right thing by attempting to mediate in-house first. But if it was foundation (501c3) money -- bump that, I'm going to the cops.
