Not trying to rain.. but I heard that wasnt real.. I mean its a real plane.. but that it was pink for breast cancer, and it got photoshopped with the other stuff. I even hard some "officials" at AKA were made about the "unathorized" usag of the name/letters/shield.. but i think that was when they thought it was real...

I cannot believe it. I am sooo having an emotional moment. But, if at any point in my adult life you would have told me that I would be celebrating today... I would have doubted you! AKA was such a big dream of mine, one that was always just outside of my reach. From dropped lines to long waits to finally finishing a journey so near and dear to my heart, I am so honored and excited to say
HAPPY 100th Birthday Alpha Kappa Alpha!
I think I'm going to cry before the day is over! I spent most of the day at Howard, with sorors from ALL OVER the place. I took so many pictures! Aww... skee wee!
