<-----Did not make FD's lifestyle and issue. I said and stand by what I said concerning what was done being BS because of what happened in the forum. Since you all weren't in the forum how can you comment with certainty? One person brought up his lifestyle and it was wrong but I hardly believe that was the reason he rolled out. He felt unappreciated which he probably was to a point but he also didn't listen to what we were saying to him which cause some angst thus the outcry.
Its funny that I hear all this yapping about men being hoes and this and that when if you read (once again its fundamental) you can see why people were upset. A unilateral decision was made in response to something that may or may not have been and issue. Not to mention the fact that you had to consider the source of the post(no offense Nupey). It was a knee jerk reaction which cause a reaction some justified and others out of pocket. That being said taking your ball and going home while it was his right probably wasn't the first course of action. But as for me I'm not going to be tagged as the reason dude left. You can agree or disagree but if you can read you'll know the facts.

Naw Aces it was a general comment man. No harm no foul on my part You weren't the first to say the men were acting like hoes. I was just a little put off that one persons comment were attributed to everyone who disagreed with FD. I have stated a few times that I liked the dude and thought he was cool. His sexual preference played no part in why I disagreed with the action but then he left and the talking heads were bumping there gums that "people" drove him away by talking about his lifestyle. In my eyes that may have been the final straw but I think he got fed up with how he caught hell when he snatched the club.
I wish he didn't leave and would have stayed so we can hash things out but what can we do?
All I will say is when decrying bringing up his lifestyle KEEP MY NAME OUT YOUR MOUTH PEOPLE. THAT IS ALL!!!

OK, my post isn't not directed towards you neccessarily Search,i.e. I'm not saying hey Search, this is for you, etc., etc.
What I am saying, and once again, no one ever said it was YOU who brought his sexual preference because you didn't, but it was brought up.
My point was this, we commented because it was brought out to the open for ALL to see. You can disagree, but when you are taking cheap shots (i.e. the sweetness part) I reserve the right, as anyone else on this point, to say that was outta pocket and out of order.
I even stated, after Damie said what he said, that the picture does become a little bit clearer, and maybe this should be taken up in the Men's Forum instead of public access of the board since you all know for sure what did go donw. Some decided not to do this, which reserved the rest of us the right to comment on what was said out in the open because it is, out in the open.
You are right, reading is fundamental. Not once did anyone say, hey Search, etc., etc. So, just as you reserved your right to say whatever happened is B.S. which you do have the right to do, we reserve the right to comment on whatever is said out in the open. When one doesn't want others involved in what they have going on, we have the PM option. Some reserved to use it, others don't.
My point is, don't go off on those who made a comment about what did happen in you alls forum because you all made it public knowledge that there was an issue. As I stated yesterday, instead of going off on oustide parties (i.e. the admins, "peanut gallery", etc.) this is an issue where you all need to focus amongst yourselves.
Now, I stand by everything I have said thus far, and will now leave this conversation.
My last comment still remains, and I will stand by it, that this is some bullshit.

How can y'all feel some kind of way about FratD leaving while posting in the same thread, that anyone that doesn't like how OOA is being administered can leave? 
I'll reiterate again, some of you do NOT have all of the facts. I respect that you have a right to your opinion but I can't respect the opinion itself. I wonder if you all would be as magnanimous as you seem to be now if the ORIGINAL threat had been carried out. I wonder how the outcome might be different if certain male posters hadn't made arguments in the Men's section to prevent the original punishment from coming down.

But that's what FratD suggested about this recent situation - that we brought it to this section of the forum for attention around women - and not one word of protest by OO. So if we address stuff in the open instead of doing stuff behind the scenes - we're being messy. Yet Madea has to come to the board and blast some folks for stuff they said BEHIND the scenes - and y'all high 5 her. Seriously? Let me reintroduce myself to OO. Cause apparently we haven't met.

It became public when people started asking what happened to the forum. Why? Because it was snatched with no explanation after and ultimatum and the deadline to meet said ultimatum passed. Those who witnessed it cried foul both in the forum and then in this thread once the forum closed down.
