Not sure if even a change a venue would help this case. How are you going to find a non-tainted jury pool. Guam? Puerto Rico? Marshall Islands? |

I'm so glad they are finally charging him. I honestly don't believe it will stick though.
This is all speculation btw, the special prosecutor could be going a completely different direction, we don't know what she knows. But just bear in mind, that the decision to bring charges doesn't mean Zimmerman is going to jail. Even on manslaughter charges there is always the possibility that he could be acquitted. |

A few weeks ago an attorney warned of "over-charging" in the case against Zimmerman. She likened it to the Casey Anthony case where she is probably truly guilty but the charges would not stick. It was TOO HARD to prove...apparently.
I am okay with a manslaughter charge IF it means Zimmerman won't walk.
We gotta choose our battles.
And yes, I also feel a riot coming. SMH.

It's about effin' time! I was so done with Zimmerman's brother trying to cast blame on Trayvon for not running from the confrontation. Bama if your brother had called 911 and then left or got back in his car we wouldn't be here!
I agree Diva. I'm okay with manslaughter. I just hope he gets something and doesn't walk. That bama will need to stay in protective custody if he goes to jail cause it's not looking good for him.
I feel a riot coming on as well. And what's up with Oklahoma. It's like it's nigra huntin' season and folks acting like this is all okay. SMH.

He may not even go to prison. I am glad it's in the courts though. Let all the evidence come out. Man his head was bloody.
