Anyone who has EVER cleaned a pool knows that this is patently false. Clorine or its derivatives attack and degrade hair products (primarily polyols) FIRST. Like before bacteria...

I can't even talk about that mess. My boo is from Cincinnati, and he has told me way too many stories about that kind of ridiculous behavior. Some people are just garbage. Period.
