How can you be a possessive Mistress?

A guy I have known my whole life. Is married, has kids and the usual.

At a party of a mutual friend he came with his mistress. I'm shocked, but the other people at the party seem to know all about it. So later on in the party the guy's female cousin starts talking to him. So the mistress is all "Oh hell no! He is with me!" until other people at the party tell her that the chick is his cousin. Then she says "I gotta keep these women out of his face. He may try that with (wife's name), but he ain't gonna to do that to me."

that isn't your man, how are you possessive when you know that he cheats and is cheating with you?

It happens all the time. A chick accepts the role of being a mistress when in actuality she wants to be #1 but she settles for whatever she can take. Knowing that's not really the role she wants she gets upset when she sees the dude with his main chick, gf, or better yet wife. If she only knows if He Cheats With You He Will Cheat On You. He can only do what she allows and obviously the broad don't know how to play her suppose role so he is just as dumb for choosing her.

Some men are just as gully with it. They play the cap'n save a hoe role over the unwanted spouse yet they dont want her to find solace, attention, or anything else with any other man except him. #2 or nothing at all? These folks need a serious reality check about these backseat relationships!!!

Folks forgetting their role and position in life

A persons attachment methods are pretty constant. No matter what type of "relationship" a person is in if they are a jealous lover that type of behavior will exude at some points during the relationships course.

I know a girl who is a mistress. She is crazy about this guy...she does absolutely anything he wants. She accepts the fact that he is married but she doesn't want him messing with any other woman besides her or his wife. He tells his wife that he has a 2nd job, and during that time he is with the mistress. She recently got pregnant...she wanted the keep the baby but he told her to abort it, so she did.

That is really sad, but I am guessing she is o.k with the circumstances. Maybe one day, she will realize this isn't the ideal situation.

I know someone that was the mistress for five years and last year they finally called it quits. At least I have seen her move on with dating other guys...she is looking to get married and have children, and knows that the married guy will NOT leave his wife. I remember a few us were talking about her 'past' situation and she stated that HE did not want to pay out the large amount of money to his wife, if he left her. Its a sad reality, and something that she has been told more than once, but SHE had to finally realize the situation.
