So I am trying to expand my food knowledge and cooking range any good foods to try or recipes?
I tried some Cous Cous for the first time this morning it was pretty good.

Cous cous is good. In that same vein, Quinoa is a good GWB - grain with benefits as well.

I like Bob's Red Mill product that's the brand of my flaxseed I ordered offline. Are these suppose to be better than regular oatmeal?

I just like the consistency of it when I cook it compared to rolled oats. Just be prepared for a long cook time. It takes about 20-25 minutes. It's like cooking grits.

I'm just not feeling hummus I can't get use to the texture. I know it helps curb your appetite but it will have to grow on me I guess...
