Anyone done Pole Dancing and Zumba? Which one you like better? Not really the same type of comparison but I have tried one but not the other wondering which one will give me the best workout.

i attend Zumba twice a week at the gym, once a week at home. I love it because it combines dancing (which I love) with fitness (which I desire). Never tried pole dancing. Not saying I won't but at the present time it isn't an option.

I have done pole dancing before I have a new found respect for those ladies that junk is hard. My co-worker keeps asking me to go to Zumba with her at 24 hour fitness but I don't know. I privacy thats why I hate going to the gym ughh.

Question: IYO why is it too much? People hear pole dancing and automatically think "stripper."
Pole Dancing isn't always about sex/strippers/insert whatever other lest than holy term here.

You're right I love pole dancng for the fitness aspect of it and getting in tune with ones body but if I hear someone is 'pole dancing for jesus" yeah I think that is too much. I caught of visual of someone gyrating and stirring around a pole in the name of jesus. I think that is just borderline unecessary. lol

Now i don't partake in Zumba classes but every Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 7pm and 8:30pm, I use always find myself in the gym just so i can cross path with that Zumba instructor.
It was going good till she told me she was married...and had the nerve to introduce me to her husband and ask me to take him on as a client. Still shaking my head at how it all went down.

Yep. I've heard of "Pole dancing for Jesus" earlier this year. Don't really know what to say about it....Well just google it or tube it, see if you're just as lost as I am.
