I'm already dead @ Reign what did you hear about it? The long and short of what I heard last night were the following - It is an unclean habit, therefore it would be difficult to pursue a clean/chaste/holy lifestyle while engaging in it
- It may not be a sin, necessarily but that doesn't mean it's ok
- it often involves focusing on immoral thoughts or images which, in turn can poison the mind
- it doesn't "deaden" body members, but instead heightens sexual interest
- it can cause one to develop a warped idea of sex, removing gratification from love/commitment
- it can cause one to view the opposite sex as objects
I'm reserving comment on how many of the above (if any) I agree with, but wanted to throw them out there. Any of the above ring true to you? |

Well now... I have heard that the act was a sin although I don't necessarily believe it. I disagree with these two below. Either way it is the SAFEST sex out their and I for one enjoy it.

I do agree with this one because the things I think about doing or having done to me are DEFINATELY sinful...

well, if you voluntarily flood your mind with immoral images (snippets from porn you've seen, reminiscing on your own previous fornication, etc) one may eventually get to where they can't control it and these images enter their minds without being summoned.
