Cupcakes

HEY ERRYBODY! I know I've been MIA, but I have good reasons. LOL! School is going well and it is consuming most of my time.

To make a long story short, I've been thinking for a while about making cupcakes, and flavor ideas are what I'm having trouble with. I have some, but I would like to know your thoughts on them. I'd really appreciate it.

Flavors:

Peach Cobbler

Sweet Potato Pie

Earthquake- chocolate cake with pecans and coconut, so when cooked the top caves in to look like an earthquake

Volacano- another chocolate cake, but insidethere will be a fruity center, either strawberry or cherry or both, to where when it bakes it will seep through the chocolate cake

Pina Colada

Pineapple Upside Down

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Orange Deamsicle

Strawberry Cheesecake

Eggnog

Mocha

Caramel Apple

Candy Apple

Avalanche- a white cake with chocolate cookies and white chocolate chips. it will be served on it's side with a vanilla icing to look like an avalanche.

Let me know what you think. I have more.....but I just would like to have feedback on these few.

I will be in New Orleans shortly. I respectfully request at least two slices (one for now, one for later) of praline cheesecake. I intend to eat the later slice along with a muffaletta and several glasses of Sauvignon Blanc.
