I only saw the episode where the white girl's affair got exposed but it seems like pretty typical fare, no Emmy forthcoming, but typical of what people think we want to watch. I did think it was funny that I was reading that many think it's a reality show versus scripted because LisaRaye is a golddigger on the show and in real life.

I wasn't actually surprised at the bad acting, but somehow, some way, I was hoping for something better.

To me it's no worse quality television than the Game and folk act like that's the second coming of Good Times.

lol @ Second Coming of Good Times (which incidentally, wasn't necessarily high-quality TV either). And The Game WAS better before it came to BET. No diss to BET, but it was.

I saw the initial episode and found it extremely predictable.

it's a good way to kill ime. ther is some really bad acting and over acting in this show.
and sometimes slight confusion. like Chilli for example. On one show she played someone (?) and on the other she was herself (?) still haven't figured that out.
I'm hoping it gets better. But hey, in a world or reality tv, I'm not complaining
