Rare..do you have a detailed plan of those steps that I can have via email? times 2 Shollllll do. PM me your incognito email addy and I will send you what my research has found... LOL I have some money in my retirement not sure if I should take it out and pay off debt or just roll it over. I have minimal CC debt but got booo coooo student loan debt but my mind is already set to pay off-no forgiveness or discharges coming my way. Was gone buy a new car but I was like hell naw! I even put off law school for another year until I can get control of my finances. Finna get a side hustle and stack this paper. I always told myself just bc I increase my income NOT to increase my expenses. I'm currently living below my means and finna go even lower-at least for next 2-3 years. Another roommate (live in) would surely help....lol I meet with 4 different CFP's (Certified Financial Planners)this week. Their inital consults are complimentary so I want to see if they are giving me contradictory info or similar advice. One is a CPA so they can also give me a quick advice on reducing tax liabilities....I am by no means a pro so I knew it was o.k. for me to ask for help from a professional. I will not take advice from someone who is not modeling the way...
