For the people out there (and I know you are out there) like myself who are literally tired of seeing these separate Obama threads when you KNOW they can all go into about three main categories...I do apologize--because I'm about to start another one.
I really have two questions that I figured deserved their own spotlight.
After finally reading through the 780 Obama threads in this section, I realize most people on this board heavily support him. And the underlying theme seems to be, because Obama will pave the way for possible other black presidents.
So my first question is this.
For all official Obama supporters what is your NUMBER 1 reason for supporting him as of now? Does this reason have any root in policy or politics in general?
My second question is a tad bit more general.
If you are in favor of an Obama victory for the primaries ---do you honestly think that Obama will win the Presidency and serve his entire term unscathed, unaffected and/or unmoved from his "change" platfrom that seems extremely appealing? Could you please elaborate on your answer.
Thanks in advance.

^^^ LOL
I would have answered, but I'm not necessarily married to Obama. I will support whoever the Dems put forward, though I lean toward Barack.

LOL!!! Thanks for the response. I think it makes sense. I'm not all for the civil war myself. You surely get an exalt for this.

Whomever is elected will be light years ahead of that raving moron who currently resides in the WH!
The best thing about that idiot's State of the Union speech (which I DID NOT watch) was that it was his LAST ONE!
