Real talk, I would probably have tried once more. After that, I would have gone back to commodities trading or risk management.

Yes. Most of my exes and I ended amicably. I do have that one who went apeshit crazy and turned into a stalker, keyed car, bleached clothes, etc. Needless to say, no contact with her.

Q. How is the natural hair journey treating you? So far so good. I must say it got worse before it got better but I'm hanging in there. The NHJ is definitely for the strong and patient. But now that I've gotten through the worse parts I can honestly say I would probably not seek a perm again. A: I think I was like 11 or 12. I don't really remember how it started...I was playing football with the neighbors, and ended up fighting with the boy who lived next door. In true kid fashion, we were cool again the next day.
Q. Under what circumstances have you/would you hit a dude?
A: Now? I would think self-defense only. I don't believe in hitting dudes just for the hell of it...I don't understand women who do that. As much as I like to think that I surround myself with men who have home training & wouldn't hit a woman, why even put someone in that position in the first place?!?!?
In the past however, I was a little different. LOL I've only been in 2 physical fights, and they were both with dudes. The above football fight was one, and the other was on the bus after school. I was playing, and turned around and hit the guy in the seat behind me...who apparently turned out to be the 1 guy who WOULD hit a girl back. *shrugs*
I also used to playfully hit guys...like, there was no force behind it, and there was never any doubt that I wasn't serious, but I had an ex who really freaked out at that (he had some serious baggage)...so I stopped even playing like that.

got 2 bottles in as many months from my traveling folks. Got a stateside connect that's much more expensive, though. I couldn't find any in the whole of Trinidad when I went for Boxing Day last year. I'm going for Carnival, and I'll fly to Tobago or Barbados if need be, I'm copping at least a half-case.

I would get experience in the field for which you are pursuing the law degree. It's hard out here for a lawyer without a pre-law career. (see Above The Law)
Also, try to get a toe hold in government. Most law schools consider governmental experience a plus (although I fail to see why).
