Okay so last year was somewhat of a bust for OOA aspirants. Will this year be better? *shakes magic 8 ball* I think so… it seems like it's gonna be a busy crossing season for folks on SH, so why not OOA?!
We all know that the board has been quiet lately; yeah yeah, so what it's homecoming. Maybe folks are already or starting to get “busy” IRL for other reasons.
I figured I would make a new member ‘coming out thread’ so it would be all ready for you when it’s time to make the big announcement. When you've reached your dreams and aspirations, and finally gained membership into XYZ, congrats! Please share the good news with your OOA fam… and stick around. (I’m tired of folks crossing and then abandoning OO *side eye*)
That being said, Fall 2010 Stand Up!!!!
No really... the Greek section needs some life.

Girl, I was so green it's embarassing.... I didnt really know any Greeks, there were none on campus, no family members were Greek so it really was brand new for me

Oh I see what you mean... I thought you were saying people announcing they were finished before they weren't. OOers have never really announced they made line... that's a SH thing. So yeah folks don't say nothing until you finish* *But it would make the board more exciting if you said something mid process so feel free.  |

I felt old as all hell last weekend. The kids that crossed at my school were babies when I was there! One of my little brothers is now an Alpha Man!! I'm soooooooooooo uber excited about that....and would like to think I had something to do with his decision (i probably had abosultely nothing to do with it actually....but it makes me smile thinking I did!)
So YAY Fall 2010...and an early congratz to Spring 2011 (cause yall know some of those lines have started already! lol)
