I'm trying to figure out why did he go out and hire a male black Attorney?
I believe the judge on this case is a black female.....so yes this will be interesting how this plays out

He's gonna say she got smart with him, cussed and was verbally offensive. Because the danger to her daughter was already over when she told him to watch out.

6 friggin months...
She was on the radio today and I just felt so bad for them. Her daughter is really having a hard time. She also talked about the plea deal and how it happened...she now has a new lawyer and they're looking into a civil suit.

Yep, HUGE news here. It was a plea deal and those normally blow but they save taxpayer dollars avoided from the trial. I'm not quite sure what she hopes to gain from a civil suit (she gets his 1995 F150?) but sometimes you just need to feel vindicated.
