Beyoncé Knowles is pregnant with her first child, according to Us Weekly.
The 29-year-old singing sensation is in her first trimester, according to sources. And it doesn't sound like the bundle of joy was necessarily planned.
"B was shocked. She loves kids, but she wasn't ready to be a mother just yet," one source told the magazine. "She really wanted to get her album done and tour the world again."
Beyoncé's little sis, Solange, who has a six-year-old herself, said, "She's got the most beautiful heart. She'll be a great mom.”
Friends of their family have also begun to express their support.
Record exec Kevin Liles said rapper Jay-Z, who married the celeb in 2008, will be a great father.
"Jay has been all about family since I met him, and he's always going to be," Liles said.
