*calling e-sorors on conference call* Hey e-sorors Chal and Sapphy! Im watching my son do an in home audition for superman...not a pleasant sight! Anyway, I do have an idea for the e-meetings...I think the meetings should not be held to strict time due to everyone's busy schedule. How about getting a meeting started, lets say in the AM...set out the agenda and throughout the day e-sorors can post their thoughts and suggestions. This can help with participation. I also think that we should have a symposium on education. Has any of our e-sorors seen the movie? unfortunately I have not seen it in any nearby theatre. It would be great to e-host an event on this topic... what ya think? *reconvenes the group* I do think we have a challenge with varying schedules so yes, we can address this. I would suggest finding out what time works best for everyone and then try to get a standard meeting time. Then we can keep the agenda open for discussion all day so that e-sorors can chime in and share their ideas. Will that work? |

point of clarification, when did I e-nominate myself for the education committee? I mean, I'll e-do it if someone is needed, but I don't remember volunteering myself. I also have an idea about active e-membership and bringing in the next -line but I will save that for a later date.

LOL well you didn't... that was your volunteering to do whatever you could do to help rolled into a new title. You don't really have to do much other than keeping me and Chal on our toes. If it looks like the programs and events are lacking in education just let us know. Or if there's a specific educational area that we should focus on you can make sure we include it. |

Good morning e-sorors! On business travel this week, sorry was on and off planes yesterday.
For e-sisterhood activities, we need a way to get to e-know each other better. E-soror Julie has the resort locations from last time.
E-soror Chal, you are indeed consistent in board presence so I would love your input.
Perhaps we need a YIM chat session next week when I'm back on the right coast.
