Thank you e-soror Sapphy and I will certainly assist you in these projects.
Now, for membership. As always our main goal is to reclaim and reactivate e-sorors. We can do this by e-reaching out on a e-personal basis and by involving them in our projects. We will also e-implement, once a e-month a sister to sister event where its just all about the e-sorors!!!
Our next priority is bringing in new e-lines...E-soror AKA and Southie (MY E-LSs lol) have agreed to create a "rulebook" so that we can have better organization when bringing in an e-line. We look forward to the completion of that project.
While we are not at the point of bringing in a new e-line I would like to make some changes on our application process. This meeting will be YIM meeting and I will select a time and date.

Ok is there anything specifically that I did not address that needs to be addressed? Are there any concerns that you have?
I will discuss our e-meetings. I think a great way to get e-sorors involved in meetings is by starting it in the AM and have it go throughout the day adjourning it in the evening (6pm). This gives e-sorors an opportunity to comment and be involved without having to be around a specific time. I will implement this at our next e-meeting.

Oh...AKA, I appoint you e-Parlimentarian.
We need our e-sorors (including me) to be knowledgable on the Robert Rules Of Order. AKA I charge you with this role!

My only suggestion would be to appoint a sisterhood/fellowship chair. It would be that person's responsibility to come with activities and events specifically for e-sorors. Of course everyone can suggest ideas but it might be good to have somoene coordinate the sisterhood events. It would also give another person the chance for a leadership role.

Also this person would also keep our newest e-sorors over at Beta chapter abreast of Alpha chapter activities so they could fellowship as well.

Sorry e-sorors, I have one more suggestion for a chair... one of our principles is education and with a sisterhood and service locked down and chairs identified, I think we should address education as well. The education chair could work with the community service chairs to make sure we're providing enough programs with an education focus as well as do a few programs on their own. We would just collaborate to make sure that we're reaching all of our e-sorority's objectives.

I would go along with this if I didn't see e-members posting about the VMAs, an Aspirant's Rant thread, etc, etc. I've seen them posting and commenting on various topics over there.  |

Maybe in a week or so, but that's just me talking, not them. You know how it is trying to get those school affairs in order. ESPECIALLY dealing with Administration and Financial Aid. I think we should let them get accustomed to that first then slowly build into the e-chapter
