Ok e-sorors, we are now in our new e-year and im sure we are ready to take on the e-work of our great e-organization.
First, I would like to address our e-election. Currently we have new members on our e-board.
E-President - BP
E-VP - Sapphire
E-Secretary -Chal
E-Dean - BP
E-ADP - Chal
E-Community Service Chair - Sapphire
E-Community Service e-Chair - BP
We currently do not have a e-treasurer and we need to fill it. Therefore, our first order of business is that we nominate a member tonight. I nominate BB and Gamma as treasurer.
I also would like to say that I take this e-position with e-pride and plan on e-serving you and e-representing our e-org according to the e-principles it was founded upon.
I plan to e-lead OO to the next level of greatness and I hope that you will e-assist me.
Now we will hear a brief e-word from our e-VP, e-soror Sapphire.

This year, I decided to implement a theme to our mission. It will keep us e-focused on our objectives as we create new ideas. This year's theme is Embracing, Enlightening and Expanding: Taking OO to the Next Level.
We were founded in the games section and that will forever be our e-center. However our Campus is OOA and we need to start addressing the needs of the entire OOA e-campus. How? We need to also be responsible for coming up with pertinent topics for each section of OOA. We need to keep the e-members of OOA happy so that they stay on OOA and also bring out some of those lurkers.

As for the Community Service, our e-VP and e-Chair will address this. While we will continue to serve our e-children, underprivilege, etc...our e-community also includes OOA so our programs will also be done to e-benefit OOA.

Very true Lizzy; we have to be careful not to force ourselves in areas where we're not wanted. But I think (correct me if I'm wrong BP) that posts in other sections will me done by e-sorors not necessarily games focused. Just getting members involved with all sections of the board (campus) and we can do better at keeping the board alive.

For the community service report, we just want you to know that we're ready to take on the challenge of meeting the needs of our e-campus and our community. And as always we're open to ideas, so please feel free to make suggestions to us at any time. We have several signature projects that we want to continue. And this year we want to expand our reach, take on new projects and causes and continue to be the top e-organization as it relates to bettering our e-community.

@ E-ls, yes, there was the fear of bringing the games to the other sections which is what we did. However we would leave games for games...for example when there is an e-line, that will stay in games...but if we are set do an e-community project or have a seminar on lets say bankruptcy that would go under serious topic and seriously discussed. But it was created and "hosted" by OO.

I also think some will see the "OO" in the title of the thread and will not take it seriously, even if the thread is in the serious section talking about breast cancer, upcoming elections, etc. I think how it is presented should be discussed further at a later date.
