I Timothy 6:7-10 KJV (emphasis mine)
7For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
9But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

So according to verse 9 above, ALL evil is caused by the love of money.
I got to thinking about Tiger, Jesse, Mark Sanford and other public scandal makers...
Their actions didn't necessarily exhibit that they were lost in the love of money. They had money, and their actions of the affair weren't necessarily about keeping it. You could argue that the actions of the cover-up after were though.
But were their initial infidelity actions caused by the love of money, or were those actions not evil?

The way I see it, those who helped these men commit adultery was because of money. If they weren't rich, famous, etc. Majority of those women wouldn't have given them the time of day.

Tiger cheated, yes. Was it for money or even the LOVE of money? No. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!
If Tiger wasn't Tiger, and didn't have money, would those women have given him the time of day? More than like, no. But because he's Tiger, and because he's loaded....... see where I'm going?

Wait a second.... It was reported that at least one (1) of Tiger's Mistresses was being paid $15,000.00 per month! Yes Adultry is wrong & is a sin but that is a heck of a job for only a couple of hours of work per month!

LOL at broke people preaching against the evils of money. I think the envy of rich people is worse than any atrocity a rich person could ever commit. I mean, if money is not supposed to be a big deal, then why are people so jealous and fascinated by the rich?
Money makes sense to me. If it doesn't to you, then you are lost and in the dark.
