You damn right. Cause glam is going to be at black and white party tonight. I live in the city so its not a big deal. Plus, if its going to nearby or in a fun city why not.? I explained it like this to my alpha homeboi. It a National convention for a frat= Black men who have at least set foot on a college campus ( I'd love to say graduated but that isn't alway the case) What woman would miss out on the opportunity to party with tons of out of towner? I think I'd be more excited if it were a Kappa Klave though. Huey yall having a Klave in Va or NC anytime soon? LOL but for real though... I bet if you would have said you were going to their convention there wouldn't have been any dialogue. What you mean??? |

When Boule was held in the city I currently live in, I saw so many Alphas that I knew from around the STATE, you would have thought it was a joint convention or something! I was like, WTH? I'm still debating on taking the 4 hour drive to Vegas with some of my Sorors...Between step shows, balls, parties, public meetings etc- there is plenty to do for all involved. Hell, it's Vegas! At any rate- I'd love to join the Ques, but somebody forbade me. Hmmmmph. Come on to Vegas. We're having a blast. |

Agrees! I know some from Charlotte talking about going to Raleigh. I'm like what for. It isn't your clave. I know a Delta who just flew out to our National Convention in Vegas with two of her AKA friends. It doesn't have to be your "clave", Boule" or "Convention" to show some support and have a good time. I bet her azz better be in NOLA! Aint nothing wrong with supporting, but if you are going to spend money to go to someone elses, there is NO damn excuse why you cant spend money to go to your own!!!! |
