So what would you like for us to take away from this experience?

What you were suppose to take from this experience was committing to e-heart the wonderful history of Omega Omicron, her purpose, ideals, mission, vision, values, and goals. And within that, the e-bond of sisterhood and of having each others' back. How to e-work efficiently and effectively under pressure, and how to work together, as well as bring to the forefront e-talents that you might not have been aware of before that you e-possesed, as well as e-humility and e-deference. But based off your track record, I'm not sure if you all have obtained all of these objectives, which is e--sad  |

We think we have been online for so long because we have a big weight on our shoulders. We have be great to do great. We can't go back to our e-campus half stepping. Which is why we have never complained about being e-online for so long. We want to soak up everything our e-Bigs can give us. We have been on e-line because we want to be perfect and our e-Bigs want us perfect as well. That isn't the reason why you have been on e-line for so long. It's because you all just don't get it. You as an e-line are the reason this has taking so long. It's because you can't grasp nor understand the simple stuff. And if you haven't figured that out now, you won't.  sad, but true. I will say that personally, I've spoon fed you guys A LOT. I've given link after link, hint after hint, answer after anser, and example after example. But for what? To what avail? No matter how much help given, you guys still drop the ball. Ok, so you do split the work evenly. That's not even HALF of what's necessary to complete this process. The communication is shoddy. You can't possibly be sharing all information with each other. You are NOT on one accord. You talk before you think. You do what you want. You ignore who you want. And once you're called out on it, we get lame ass apologies that don't mean shit because you're only gonna turn around and do it again. You've been given chance after chance after em effin' chance and you STILL haven't learned the fundamentals. All of that just to say, individually some of you are great. Collectively, YOU SUCK!! |

That is a very interesting statement, E-Big Sister Invictus. Some of those things are objective and totally depend on our E-Big Sisters' opinions. We are sorry that you feel that we haven't learned anything. HOWEVER, our E-DEAN and E-ADP are THE BEST and have been really wonderful to us. We have learned so much from them. They showed us the path and we tried not to embarrass them although we weren't always successful.

us having to threaten to drop you in order to get assignments turned in is neither efficient OR effective. the back talk and snide tones do NOT equal humility OR deference. You asked why we're mad. I can tell you why I'M mad. Because even after all of that, you STILL don't get it. You've been on e-line for OVER a month. The longest line in the history of Omega Omicron. You guys should be spiiting info off the top of your heads. You should know what we want before we know we want it. You should be the tightest line ever BUT you're not. And that irks the hell out of me. you're like a senior class still making freshman decisions.
WE CAN'T ALL BE WRONG ABOUT YOU!!!!! There is no possible way. So why am I mad? Because all the time and effort it's taking to get you where you need to be is starting to feel pointless.
You know what? I get it. I understand now. You got me. Come on out, Aston!!!! Where are you. You got me!!!
