Arkansas would probably be a better fit for the Big 12, I agree. The old SWC rivalry of Arkansas - Texas is STILL a huge game and the demographic would be nice. Unfortunately, I don't see why anyone would LEAVE the SEC on purpose. I agree... but as we see - Money talks. Everying else walks. Get the right number on the table and the Razorbacks are in the Big12

Like I said, I wouldn't be against it....the Texas, T A&M, Oklahoma, OK State, Missouri...that would be insane.
I just don't see Arkansas going into "The Texas Conference".

Its highly doubtful that the Big 12 could offer Arkansas anything nearly attractive enough to sway them to leave the SEC. Hell, many experts doubt that what they offered Texas and the others to stay is even possible. The SEC's TV contracts make the Big 12's look like chump change.

[quote author=cameltofoot board=scmmu thread=9494 If the Big 12 could land TCU and Arkansas. That would be major. Arkansas needs to be in the Big 12 in my estimation. I also agree getting a Florida team would be real nice. I'd like USF over UCF. They could pry them away from the Big East easy and USF has the speed right now to compete in the Big 12. USF could play in any conference They can beat Auburn, Kentucky, and Vandy. They beat my boys (FSU) and I know they could beat others in the ACC and atleast 9 or 10 schools in the old Big XII.
