although I am not greek, I'm gonna comment anyway and I don't care WHO tells me to mind my own business. This is my business (just not on the greek part. lol)
I am against legacy clauses because sometimes it allows "rightful" passage to the wrong people. There was a girl who literally STALKED & threatened to do bodily harm to me and 2 of my friends (both members of XYZ) because of some guys we were dating. From writing threats on the messenger board, to sliding notes under out doors, to playing on the phone, to following us in her car whenever we left campus to see if we were going to see them, to sitting across the street in her car watching the place when we did, to pulling a butcher's knife on one of them, to straight up attacking the other one when she was by herself. The next year, she put in her app for XYZ Sorority, Inc. Here psychotic behavior was well known across campus. But you know what they told my friends? Well, she's legacy and her moms really active in the sorority so we HAVE to let her in.
yea, fuck that legacy ish and i don't care WHO get's mad.

Am I the only one who thinks this girl really didn't want to join? I think she didn't want to join but has a fire now because she was rejected. She's probably not used to failure or rejection. She thought she would be a shoe in but wasn't serious about being a member. Now she has a point to prove.
