I would laugh but it hurts too much. How is my a$$ hurting as much as my abs from the synergistics DVD?  ? P90X rocks! I'd didn't even get through all the reps of each exercise and I still got a most EXCELLENT work-out. I'd definitely recommend it. |

dead @ Logs cheer. I saw the infomercial for this and it scared the crap out of me. I wanna try it, but again, it scared the crap out of me. I'm still chilling with my HIP HOP ABS and I started the Flirty Girl series. Maybe i should have bought the stripper pole that comes with it. Anywho, i'll keep checking you guys process and try to build up the courage to get in on it.

@91, but I'm girly. lol. yea, i'm whining. plus i'm building my strength and core so i can do P90X some justice (yea, that sounded real good, maybe you'll believe it. lol)
