Because random misappropriation is one thing. It's commonly alleged and we're desensitized. Authorizing your own entry in Madame Tussaud's museum? THAT's newsworthy AND original........
And the writer seems personally invested. Maybe MSNBC has a diversified staff.

See here's my thing... every D9 org deals with legal matters and lawsuits... but this one's got listservs on fire and has apparently made it's way all the way to MSNBC? For real? I just saw it on CNN.com too
