Funny things my family discussed during McCain's speech.
1. I swear, if my mother makes fun of his short arms one more time, I'm going to, well, continue laughing
2. Apparently, there are only 36 black delegates at the RNC... Sell outs!
3. Has McCain had anything else happen in his life besides being a POW
4. It's his own damn fault he was a POW! He said so in his speech! He went outside of the route he was supposed to take. A lousy pilot will make a lousy president
5. "I don't like war"... well if that's true, why did you close you speech talking about fighting? Any more so, why did you vote with Bush over 90% of the time?
6. This has got to be one of the most boring speeches I have ever tried to watch. How the hell am I going to make it through a State of the Union Address?
7. You're talking about tax breaks for the middle class... Is this the same middle class that makes less then $5million? I WISH I was part of that middle class.
8. About his wife... If I have her/his money, I wouldn't age either!
9. His mother is OLD! Bus she looks like she will live longer them him... definitely.
10. (from my Step dad)" If he salutes, I'm voting for him!"
As you can see, his speech was QUITE entertaining to my family. Also, we are going straight to hell for making fun of that man!

I'm watching Obama now in Scranton...he's really ripping McCain a new one, and showing his sense of humor at the same time.

Look for Obama to light into these fools from this point forward. Those folks in Scranton will appreciate him hitting hard at the right wing hacks.
And I gotta say....sending your girls out to dispatch the trailer trash...now that's some GANGSTA schit right there!!! LMAO! I ain't mad at the senator from Illinois! I said that before this campaign was over, Obama was gonna reveal some of that south side of Chicago that he's got trapped in all that intellect and smoothness!!
Maybe, just maybe, he's decided he's had enough and is about to show his "brotha" side to white folks!!

Chicago politics is some of the most GANGSTA and raw-dog politics in the country! If one can master the concepts and practices of Chicago politics and then THRIVE in them as well, he should be able to maneuver with ease on and in ANY political stage and arena. O ain't scared by ANY means.........

McCain is leading now, according to the latest Gallup daily tracking poll. He got a bounce from the GOP convention.

No surprise - no worries.
Most of that is Palin - it will subside.

McCain is leading now, according to the latest Gallup daily tracking poll. He got a bounce from the GOP convention. And that was to be expected. The fact that he's only up by 4 points tells you how far he was behind before he added the Backwoods Barbie to his ticket. I think that as the investigation into her actions up there in Alaska continue to be made news and are revealed, those points will begin to dwindle and her star will fall like the monsoon rains in S. America.
