Nicole was Wendy's talent booker for the show.
She is accusing Wendy's husband of sexual harrassment. She tried to continue working on the show, but Wendy kicked her out and it was on the air.
Wendy even kicked Usher's wife out of the studio on the air (this was a few years before Usher married her).
