I'm upset that the local cable company here doesn't offer TV One. I hadn't heard about A Different World being on BET...did that just start? I guess I wouldn't have heard about it because I avoid BET.

we don't have TVOne here as a part of the basic package but I'll watch BET for this and College Hill.
I also want to see that special on the Spelman and Morehouse(I think) students that went to Africa. I love stuff like that!

Yeah, saw it last night. They did do two from season one, and I got that on DVD also. I'm waiting for the other seasons to come out on DVD too.
Those who don't have TVOne, you all are at a disservice!!!!!!!!!!!! Good Times, The Hugleys, Martin, All of Us, and then the Throw Back Theater they do with older black movies, PLUS all the other ROOTS film I didn't know exsited that picked up from once they settled to TN up to Alex Haley actually going to Africa, sigggggggggghhhhhhhhhh.
Yeah, you all need to get TV One!

Man they are playing with Different World Season two.. it was suppose to come out last year.. i know they were having some issues with a distibutor but i think the show is in TOO MUCH DEMAND for them to be playing like this..

I still try my damndest not to watch BET. I accidentally left it on for some reason a couple of weeks ago and I was pissed that I gave them extra ratings.

I'm excited for A different world's comeback. I was soooo pissed when they took it off of nick at nite? I think they took it off b/c they might have had 2 many black shows....they had the cosby show and the fresh prince. One more wouldn't hurt...
