I am just speechless...this woman was stuck in a burning bed, and 911 puts her on hold?!?!?!?

911 sucks azz. when that lady came into my apt it took them over 2 hours to come. the next week there was a fire on the side of the road in the middle of the day and I got put on hold 4 times, twice on each of their numbers.

and then I got a ticket a few days later in a speed trap.

where the hell were they when I needed them before?!?!
