From my understanding, the "superdelegate" cadre is comprised of elected officials and Democratic party leaders and "faithful".
To become a delegate you have to put in the work. These guys have paid their dues in one way or another.

CNN Political Correspondent Donna Brazille, Congresswoman Maxine Waters and even former Presidential Candidate John Edwards are all delegates.
Cammy Poo! I exalted you for applying to be a delagate. I think you would be great for the position! ;D

Interestingly enough, there are a LOT of African-Americans on that list who have pledged their support for Hillary.
Maybe I CAN'T get mad if the superdelegates pull a stunt. There are enough AAs in the mix that I can't DARE say it's racist.

I think the Superdelegate thing is some BS...just like the electoral College. Let the people decide stuff or else that every vote creed is Bull. I split the delegate vote on my ballot on purpose in protest to that bullcrap. I hope everyone else did to. Its the stupidest ish ever.

There are soooooooo many folks who have yet to commit to either candidate. I think that is a wise decision.
