Well for those of you who know me and are friends with me on facebook, Ive been into making specialty cakes for like the last 12 years of my life. So creations that you might see on Cake Boss or Ace of Cakes, is what I've been doing strong for the last 5 years I'd say.
Business has really been picking up and so I'm really looking into making it official and legit

I'd love to be able to get my "food service" off the ground. I don't want to cater full-time, even though catering is a good start, and running a brick and mortar restaurant has a lot of overhead and other headaches. I know I worked in them for over 8 years. All I have to say is VEGAS baby! I had a ball with my LA Soror and LA and Memphis Frat. Thanks for the hositality and random GREAT times. It was also good seeing MrKnowitAll!!! Hey *hugs*. Did anyone else attend?

Those of you who attended will have to tell us all about the convention in Vegas. I was in our nation's capitol at my family reunion....and I had a damned great time!!!! This was one of our best reunions in the last 10 years, and that includes Los Angeles in 02 and Boston in 05!

I had a blast, and managed to keep my finances in check while doing so (which is an accomplishment in Vegas).
I don't think it was as well attended as previous conventions (especially N.O. and the Centennial of course). It will probably pick up in Chicago next year.
Oh, and business sessions lasting til 10:30pm on Saturday is not what's hot lol. Glad I was gone by then. But in all seriousness, I hear that we got a lot done, so at least it wasn't a total waste.

The babies went to the party I hit the strip again!!! But needless to say a Bruh is tired!
