So I had to look back over the criteria/qualifications for the award and this is what it read.... WOW!
The Dorothy I. Height Community Service Award is the highest honor bestowed upon a soror for excellence in public service, contributions to the community and exemplary demonstration of sisterhood within the chapter.
Criteria:
Accepts the personal sacrifice to provide measurable service to the sisterhood and community
Performs 90% participation in service projects
Attends 80% of committee and sorority meetings
Proactive approach to assist with on events and programs Punctual, hardworking
Works extra hours to assists others
