Yes. I also had the chance to meet some reclaimees to the chapter, exchange some interesting stories, and basicaly had fun.
The best part, we were in a venue where the "eye candy" was really nice. ;D

Mernin Erreybody!!! wanted to repost the following from another thread...this happened Tuesday night... TANGENT: at the (homebuyers)course last night,the Bklyn Alumnae Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc sponsored the refreshments. Why did this lady walk up to one of the Zetas (who I found out later was the chapter President) and said:
"I always wanted to be a sistergirl! I have a picture in my house of one of ya'll...people think Im one of ya'll. In my picture the lady is wearing RED and doing 'this sign'(she threw up the DELTA sign)! [/color]  (I wondered at that time WWSLD-What Would Southie/Leja Do)? She was told "that's not us" and then the lady said "my bad,she has on royal blue in my picture"  WTF??? yes Southie-she gave her contact info to the chapter President,who never let the smile leave her face...[/b] what's wrong with people..this was a grown woman of at least 35 years of age!!! |
