We should start establishing quotas for newbies. Like if they don't have 100 posts within the first month - drop 'em from OO.
You should only have 5 months to make old head or you should get dropped.
No reason why the old head should have to carry all the conversations and start all the topics while the rest of these niccuhs be up here "stealing cable".
If you're an old head you should be like a life-member that has to pay reduced fees. Maybe you should have at least 25 posts a month or you're considered inactive. And have to pay a fee post count to get back active again.
