LOL! I actually don't think there's a guide anywhere Rare. Karma is the sum of your exalts and smites. Exalts are our version of the "like" button on FB, smites are the opposite. Once you've exalted or smited, your button is deactivated for the following 60 minutes. Newbies who come in afoul of the rules (i.e. post enhancement) typically amass more smites than posts very quickly. How you view your karma is a reflection of how much external praise you need.

I spent ten years in the Army, deployed a couple of times. I have moved to southern Texas with my husband and daughter and I am currently finishing my degree. I look forward to conversing with all of you since I have been a lurker for months now lol.
