Ok. 1.) Your internal organs don't need activation upon waking as they do not deactivate when you go to sleep. 2.) Unless there is an underlying issue or disturbance such a indigestion, your GI tract will digest. That is just what it does. 3.) I don't even understand the reasoning behind this one. 4.) Why would water before bed guard against stroke or heart attack? Bonus: I bet this was put out by some company that sells water.
I'm just saying. *shrugs*

I figured. The "lol" in the title gave it away. When it comes to the body I really cannot help myself. A girl once told me I shouldn't drink fruit juice with any meal that contains meat because the acids in the fruit would "rot" the meat in my stomach resulting in flatulence that is rather odiferous.
