Are you honest about your past sexual relations when asked by a new partner? Do you feel that the perception of having had several partners in the past will hurt your chances of keeping Mr. Right?

Depends on what you're asking. I don't get into specific detail about anything we've done, but certain questions, like, how many partners or what type of sex, sure. Why not?
Do you feel that the perception of having had several partners in the past will hurt your chances of keeping Mr. Right?
In this question, define several. To answer, I don't think so. If a person is uncomfortable with your sexual past, then he or she isn't Mr. or Mrs. Right.
Have you ever lied about being a virgin?
No, but I have been accused of lying when I have admitted to being one. Then again, I suppose that the huge gray area surrounding me makes things a bit more difficult to explain.

I have not ever lied about being a virgin. Once it's gone it's gone and I have no regrets about that. Along those same lines, I have no regrets about my past sex life. I have never been shy about the topic. In fact, I may tell a little too much. I could careless if the new guy felt any kind of way about it because my past pushed me to where I am now. This includes my sex life. So love it or hate it, u can't change it so deal with it or get the steppin!

Great answers and good follow up questions....
So, I guess what I'm really asking is....Am I out of pocket in my thinking that women, LOTS of women, are not very honest or forthcoming about their sexual past?
Who are we kidding? Men are very curious about a woman's sexual past. I'm not saying that this is ALWAYS the dealbreaker, in fact, it usually isn't. But the fact remains that men are inherently territorial, so if a woman comes along that has long term potential, curiosity into her past sexual experiences are budding...
It's been said that the secrets in a woman's heart run deeper than an ocean....That has always fucked with me. I'll go more into depth about why that fucks with me as I her more responses.

No, you aren't wrong. A lot of women DO lie about their number/sexual history. Probably because a lot of guys ARE judgmental when it comes to that kind of thing. Why would a woman's secrets bother you. If men would learn to stop talking so much, they'd have secrets, too. |

Why would a woman's secrets bother you. If men would learn to stop talking so much, they'd have secrets, too. LAUGHINGMYASSOFF! On the real though, men can only handle fraternal secrets. Outside of that, it's REALLY complicated for us. That's the territorial nature of us. Real primal shyt.... Judgemental? Fair enough, but then why the secrets and the lying? Is it a "what's good for the goose is good for gander" type of thing? |

I think women tend to downplay the number of their sexual escapades when they feel it may put them in a bad light... because of the double standard that men can sleep around but not women. So that guy you got it in with once may not make the list. Or a couple of "fake" inconsequential encounters might equal one time. I don't feel like telliing the truth hinders your ability to keep a man, but you may get a side eye upon meeting him. Men like to throw their ish around every which way but loose but like to imagine they've met the one woman who's been saving that what's her name just for him. Not! LOL.
I've never known anyone to lie about being a virgin though.
