There are feral cats in the complex outside my office. So this "organization" is saying that they are going to trap the cats and spay/neuter them with at no cost to the complex. Yet at no point in the email does the complex manager give the name of the organization that is going to rack up the vet bills out the kindness of their hearts.

OAN: I just realized that if you are single w/o kids and make a certain amount of personal income per year the IRS doesn't like you lol. This is where a business can come in handy...
