Ange et Demon equal parts dry champagne and X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
Because I'll be enjoying this drink in Florida, this thematic cocktail is fluent Francais, (obviously) incorporating French sparkling wine and a sweet and colorful blend of French vodka and Provence Blood Oranges. Hint: In New Orleans (for a creole or cajun theme), I would use pink American champagne. Were I in Montreal, I would flow with Ice Wine and a few drops of Canadian Whiskey.

Christmas Flip...
Ingredients 3/4 oz Brandy; 2 - 3 dashes Cointreau; 1/4 ounces cream; 1/4 ounces sugar syrup; 1 egg yolk; 4 ounces sparkling wine; 1 pinch nutmeg.
Instructions Shake brandy, Cointreau, cream, sugar syrup and egg yolk over ice in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, and fill with sparkling wine. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

hmmm! I'mma tweak it. If I like it enough to serve to people, I'll name it after you ' FYI: I'll probably sub out the Cointreau for Grand Marnier and replace the nutmeg w/cardamom. I have high hopes for this one!
