Take the test: www.votechooser.com/My results are below. The first column next to the name is number of questions the candidate and I agreed on.. the second is the number the candidate and I disagreed on. There are only 10 question so its fairly quick to take. 1. Barack Obama 6 4 1. Hillary Clinton 6 4 2. John Edwards 5 5 3. Mitt Romney 4 6 3. John McCain 4 6 4. Mike Huckabee 3 7 4. Ron Paul 3 7 4. Rudy Giuliani 3 7

Here is mine: 1. Barack Obama 9 1 1. Hillary Clinton 9 1 2. John Edwards 7 3 3. John McCain 3 7 3. Rudy Giuliani 3 7 4. Mike Huckabee 2 8 4. Mitt Romney 2 8 4. Ron Paul 2 8 Makes perfect sense. There's not much difference between Barack or Hillary, but where Hillary goes conservative that's where she and I meet.

Fatal this was good. O---has a feeling that Damie had Hillary 6-4 and he chose to leave that out. LOL Actually the wording of the poll forced one of my answers. Neither of the options (for immigration and NCLB) were ones I liked so I picked the closest one. If they word it different Obama is still in front but then Edwards and Hillary come in a close Second.
*Wonders how anyone agrees entirely with any politician - or at least 9-1*
I would encourage you all also to still look at every candidate on the issues. Don't select Obama just because the tracker suggests it, it constrains your answers. For example the immigration issue there are more options than just free reign amnesty and deportiation.
One thing I liked about Obama's campaign is that he talks specifically about holding the corporations hiring illegals responsible and has actually worked on legislation to this end.

O---understands Politics. O---is a 9-1 kinda girl
I looked over the quiz again and there was only one selection that I was forced to answer (slightly) and given other alternatives I may have selected other wise.
*I wonder how someone neglects to post their answers as they resulted and takes upon themselves to rearrange the outcome.*

What does that mean Outtie? (a 9-1 kinda guy)
Actually, I could have gone another way.
I would like to see an increase in spending on certain things.
Also, I said that tax cuts should be for the low AND middle income. While I believe that, somehow I believe they were asking about income tax and not the overall tax burden.
Either way, i'm an Obama man for now.

The war question is what kept me from being a 10-0 type of guy.
I said stay as long as we need to...only because we made a HUGE fvkkin mess over there and i'm not for pulling out all of our troops right now.

No. I am saying you are an Obama lova. How does THIS make me an OBAMA LOVA? You implying that I KNEW the answers before the test? you have no reasoning or rationale behind that statement, which makes it baseless, piss-poor and absurd judgment on your part. Is that how you always come to your hypotheses before you argue?

Paul- 7-3 Obama- 5-5 McCain- 5-5 Huckabee- 4-6 Rominy- 4-6 Guliani- 3-7 Edwards-3-7 Clinton- 3-7
I like Rominy's approach to the economy. I like Obama's approach to diplomacy. I respect and admire McCain's honesty, none like it!....Guliani can't be trusted, I lived in NYC during his mayoral term. Edwards and Clinton are politicians in the worst way and they lack global appeal, exceptions to western Europe.

I actually AGREE!!!!!!!!!!!! See what I just said about you in the 15 thread is true. LOLOLOL However I do not think it's however long. I say come up with a 1-2 year plan and get THEM OUTTA THERE!!! And also that is why you are a 9-1 guy. You understand politics. You don't just jump for the ideal. See most people say pull out right now! YOU CAN"T JUST DO THAT RESPONSIBLY! that's my opinion. The war question is what kept me from being a 10-0 type of guy. I said stay as long as we need to...only because we made a HUGE fvkkin mess over there and i'm not for pulling out all of our troops right now.

Romney is unstable. Did anyone see how he went after Guliani, Huckabee and McCainafter losing in New Hampshire? It wasn't the calm and collected style of McCain...it was a rabid "I've got more tools (money) and i'm going to use it) approach. Imagine that thought process when you've got global issues at stake and the worlds most powerful military at your command.
McCain is one disaster away from trying to be Patton from the White House. But he's honest. You may not like him but he shoots straight.
Guliani can't be trusted.
Hillary and Romney are Poll whores.
Obama still doesn't seem like he's been indoctrinated. Still wet behind the ears.

For McCain, I have a problem that he captiulated to the party when Bush won, knowing that Bush didn't run a Republican type of government the entire 8 years. You saw McCain fall into lockstep with the party and cease being what was appealing about him as a politician - independence.
I agree Romeny IS unstable. His words are not measured often, he called McCain a liar (a no no in politics) and then backtracked and said he was dishonest. You don't have the opportunity to do that IRL politics. The President is microanalyzed down to the slightest thing, if you aren't measured in your speech you could create HUGE problems

Isn't it weird that for some Obama and Paul are like on opposite ends of the spectrum, and then for others they're like 1 away from each other.
I guess that example that my Social studies teacher gave in 7th grade was correct...
The graph from Left Wing to Right Wing/Liberal to Conservative is not a line but more like a horseshoe
