it's borderline comedy. A few weeks ago we went to a benefit program put on by some people I've known since I was 3 but haven't seen since I was like 12. There were so many double and triple takes. And the comments. sheesh
Darryl : (to my aunt in a mock whisper) When did Keet get a twin?
James: (to moms) Who is this?
Moms: Who she look like?
James: Shoot, she look like you! Who are you?
Me: Who do I look like?
James: Shoot, you look like her!
Curtis: Hey! How you doing?
Me: I'm well, thanks. How are you?
Curtis: Good, good... (sees moms, looks back to me, back to moms, back to me)
Moms: (laughing) What's wrong, Curt?
Curtis: I thought I was talking to you!!!!
He then proceeded to smother me in a Perry Ellis scented bear hug.
Oh, and you can't forget Ms. Mary standing all the way on the other side of the church.
Ms. Mary: GIIIIIRRRRRRLLLLLLLLL!!!!!! YOU LOOK JUST LIKE YO MAAAAAAAAAAMAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Me: psst, ma, who dat?
